Is the digital flatbed cutter manufacture prefer that customers not try to make their own repairs?

Every digital flatbed cutter manufacture and distributor has their own policy on whether they wish the end-user to make their own repairment. But there is no right or wrong policy. In general, the end-user is usually not encouraged to take thedigital flatbed cutter apart and do repair on their own. Only later on, when you have considerable experienced, and have taken advanced tech support training, would doing your own repairs be realistic.
But may digital flatbed cutter operator prefers to receive this training precisely so they can do their own repairs. After all, if the manufacturer can train their own tech support person surely a cutter operator, who also works with this cutter every day all month all year, can also learn how to maintain and repair it (if they have the interest and inclination). So, we will offer free training to the operators at the customers company. And offer long term technology support.
