To make the qualified products by die cutting, it should be accurate cutting bit, cut clean, burr-free, creasing clear, moderate depth.
Indentation in the cutting operation in the common faults and workarounds:
The indentation is not clear, a dark line, broken line. (Dark line refers to the undue indentation; broken line refers to the pressure of heavy cardboard as indentation fracture)
Reason: poor paper, paper moisture content is too low, it increased brittleness, toughness decreased; Telegraph chose not to; steel wire pad of paper is too low or too high; molding machine pressure to adjust properly.
Solution: re-adjust the height of steel wire; check whether the appropriate choice of steel wire; appropriate adjustment of pressure die-cutting machine; molded cardboard under the condition, adjust the indentation of the cutting process conditions, so that the two try to adapt.
