Pre-press pattern making is very important process of pre-press plate-making. Pattern making can check the quality of the preceding production processes, while sample is the standard for color tracking of the mass production . Therefore, samples play a role of connecting the plate, it is the important part of company's quality management.
There are many factors affecting the quality of samples, for example: make-up, copy, imaging, ink, wipe the water, field density, dot gain, proofer care and maintenance, environmental temperature and humidity and so on. No matter which of these factors problems for final proofing will have a huge impact on the results. Therefore, only the standardized data of the management and operation to the proofing process, to copy and restore the network to meet the requirements, and provide for high volume printing sheets qualified to recover everything.
