Hand make Pop Up Card -- Christmas Tree
Why buy a Christmas card when you can make an easy pop up card tree yourself? This craft is kid-friendly, very doable and safe. You will need a pair of scissors, a piece of white paper, and a piece of green paper for backing. You may also use stickers, crayons, markers, and color pencils for decorating.
Fold a piece of white paper in half; this will be your 'card'. Cut a tree shape along the folded edge of the paper. Do not cut out the tree completely; leave a small notch at the base of the tree uncut.
Open the card half way. Use your fingers to push the tree into the card so that it lies in between the two layers of the paper. The crease on the tree will change from a valley fold to a mountain fold.
This is how the outside of the card will look like. When you open the card, the tree will pop up at you.
To complete the card, glue it onto a piece of green paper for backing. You can use stickers and color pencil to add ornaments.

The easiest way is to take your lamps and an old shade to a lighting store or home center. You'll be able to replace the size and shape easier and see how any new shade will look on the lamp.
For a real new look, experiment with a colored shade, a different shape, or one with a metallic lining. Consider covering a shade frame with fabric or wallpaper that coordinates with your decor. Another option would be to decorate a plain linen with stencils, a color wash, or decoupage finish.
For a unique finishing touch, add fringe, beads, or braid to the bottom and to edge of the shade using craft glue that dries clear or a hot glue gun. To top it all off, find a new finial that draws the eye up.

Carefully roll the shade along the paper, marking the top and bottom edges on the paper until you get to the seam again.
Remove the shade from the paper.
Adding 1" at the top and bottom and at the seam line, cut the pattern of the shade from the paper.
Place the fabric, face down, on a clean, flat surface. Place the paper pattern on the desired fabric. Pin the pattern in place on the fabric.
Cut out the fabric, using your pattern as your guide.
Test fit the fabric on the shade and trim as necessary.
Cover your work surface with plastic or other protective covering. Spray the wrong side of the fabric with spray adhesive or apply diluted craft glue or fabric glue to the wrong side of the fabric with a soft brush, being careful not to get glue on the right side of the fabric.
Beginning at the seam area of the shade, lay the shade on one edge of fabric and carefully roll it onto the fabric a few inches.

Smooth down all areas of fabric, clip in place with wooden clothes pins if necessary, and allow the adhesive to dry.
Decorate the top and bottom edges, to achieve a finished look, with a band of braid, ribbon, lace, beads, or fringe.

2.You never know that I am the ducter of the God, I have many soldiers, I put them into the pot, and I have a magic ring, look, the one on my finger, It can become soldiers, and beat you, eat you, even won't lef a hair. 3. I use these words scare a few of boyes attempts to bully me, we are watching the hit TV series "Journey to the West."
4.When I still in my mother's stomock, my mother have no hourse to live, have to live in the abandoned boiler room, happily looking forward to my arrival. Birds to linger there during the day, that is a good omen, But at night the door can not toughly closed, wind blowing , door clatter was "Kuakua" sound scared her. My second uncle said, the gun can be closed evil, put his revolver on my mother's pillow. Fortunately, no
prevent evil, So he give his revolver on my mother, under her pillow. Fortunately, no Fire Yo! It must has direct relationship with my Crank character.
5. It is said to cried with much tears , the doctor said: Othre Kids are just cry, no term this doll is strange,so many tears, I stopped the cry, Then made my first movement,

Viewership and interest has been a bit better than marketers anticipated, enabling NBC to sell an additional $10 million in ads since the start of the Games. NBC had secured more than $1 billion in ad revenues before the Games began.
There has been a mix of more than 100 new and old advertisers, with Adidas (ADSG), Nike (NKE), and Visa (V) among the heavy hitters. The overall list also includes both Presidential candidates, who together spent more than $10 million on Olympic ads.
Winning Young Men
More 18-to-34-year-old men are watching, which is a coup for NBC, since they are tough to attract to prime-time TV. Ratings among that group are up 28% compared with Athens. Among men aged 18 to 49, ratings are up 22%.
Four years ago, the theme that surrounded the Olympics was whether Athens should have hosted the games at all given how pressed the city seemed to be to finish stadiums and arenas. This year, there has been a narrative around whether China, with a much criticized human rights record (BusinessWeek.com, 2/20/08) and air quality problems, should have won the privilege of the Games.
But there is mystique around China. It is an emerging world power that is on track to pass the U.S. as the world's biggest economic engine. With so many story lines, and the Olympics conjuring an abundance of national pride (BusinessWeek.com, 5/28/08), advertisers are hard-pressed to come up with messages that can rival the events themselves for consumer attention.
